As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule, earn uncapped commissions, and make a real difference in homeowners’ lives by guiding them through the roofing process.
What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Pure Roofing, working directly with homeowners to provide solutions for their roofing needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Generating Leads: Use door-to-door marketing, referrals, and self-driven outreach to identify potential clients (with company-generated leads provided as well).
- Providing Inspections: Offer free, detailed inspections to assess storm damage, roof condition and educate homeowners about the next steps.
- Selling Roofing Solutions: Present customized solutions to clients, including insurance claim assistance, repairs and retail sales.
- Setting Homeowner Expectations: Guide clients through timelines, processes, and paperwork to ensure they feel confident every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate has:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work outdoors and adapt to various conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
- High Commissions: Self-Generated Leads – Up to 50% of Job Profit.
- Training Pay: $600 per week for the first 2 weeks.
- Base Salary: $12,000 annually (includes cell phone, fuel, and vehicle reimbursement).
- Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses, with cash rewards and company-wide trips.
- Benefits (After 90 Days): Health, vision, dental, life insurance, and AD&D.
