One of our experienced team members will inspect your roof, flashings, penetrations, gutters, and underlying structure. We document everything we find and walk you through our assessment before we leave the property. For homes with storm damage, we provide the detailed documentation needed to support your insurance claim from the start.

Your Written Proposal
Before any work begins, you receive a written scope of work covering materials, installation method, timeline, and final pricing. Nothing is verbal. Nothing is left to interpretation. You have full documentation to review, ask questions about, and approve on your own terms before we schedule a single crew member.

Material Selection and Scheduling
Once you approve the proposal, we help you select from premium materials through our manufacturer partners, including Owens Corning, GAF, and CertainTeed. We schedule your project around your household, confirm your crew in advance, and walk you through any preparation needed before installation day.

Installation and Final Walkthrough
Our certified crew arrives on time, adheres to manufacturer specifications, and keeps you informed of any findings that come up during the project. When the work is complete, we walk the property with you, confirm every detail meets our standards and yours, clean the site, and provide your warranty documentation before we leave.
